- Availability: All bookings are based on availability. We recommend you book your tour in advance to secure your preferred date and date.

4- Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellation by You: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity, then a full refund will be provided.
- Cancellation by Us: We have the right to reschedule or cancel any booking due to safety concerns, weather conditions or unexpected circumstances. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund or reschedule your tour.
